We believe the office, the lab, the startup and the classroom are places of real ministry. Redemptive Influence brings Bay Area leaders together to live that out, and sends them back into their work as agents of redemption.

Our main stage conversations and breakout workshops are built around four kinds of work. Most of us are doing more than one. Find the ones that sound like you.
LEADING
For anyone responsible for people, teams or decisions. Our culture rewards power and speed, but Jesus led by serving. We look at how to carry authority with humility, make hard calls with integrity, and care for the people God has put in your charge.
STARTING
For founders, entrepreneurs and anyone at the start of something new. God made us in His image to create, and every new venture is a step of faith. We explore how to start companies, products and careers with courage, honesty and dependence on Him.
CHANGING
For anyone in a season of transition. Maybe it is a new role, a layoff, a career shift, or a field being reshaped by technology. Change can feel like losing your footing, but God is not surprised by any of it. We look at how to walk through transition with faith, root your identity in Christ rather than a title, and discern where He is leading you next.
BUILDING
For engineers, designers, makers and everyone doing the daily work of building. What we build shapes the people who use it. We explore how to build technology, teams and cultures that reflect God's character and help our neighbors flourish.
