Our volunteers make the Summit feel welcoming from the moment people walk in. We’re building a small team to serve across the day, from check-in to the last session.

Serve where you’re needed, alongside a great team.

Volunteer

Serve on a team wherever you’re needed most. No experience needed, just a willing heart and a love for welcoming people. We’ll match you to an area based on your application.

BY INVITATION

Team leads

Each area is guided by a team lead, invited by our staff ahead of time. If you’d like to be considered, just let us know on your application.

WHERE YOU COULD SERVE

Every part of the day needs good people.

Registration and check-in

The first faces people see. Help guests get their badge, pin and arrival card and feel welcome right away.

Speaker care

Greet speakers, get them where they need to be and make sure they have what they need.

Breakout workshops

Host a breakout workshop room, help people find seats and keep things running on time.

Hospitality

Welcome guests, answer questions and help people find their way around the venue.

Food and coffee

Keep the coffee bar and lunch pickup running smoothly.

Setup and teardown

Help get the space ready in the morning and put it back together at the end of the day.

What to know

Volunteering is a real commitment, and we want it to be a good one for you too.

A comped ticketYour Summit ticket is on us.
Time to experience the dayServing is your main focus, but we’ll work to give you a chance to hear a main stage session or two or a breakout workshop.
Two or three Zoom calls before the SummitWe’ll meet ahead of time so you know your role, your team and the plan for the day.
Early arrival and the full dayVolunteers arrive before doors open and stay through the end of the day on February 27.
A limited teamWe have a small number of spots, so we ask everyone to apply. It helps us put the right people in the right places.
