An Exciting New Season for FWT—A Message from FWT’s Co-Founders

December 2025

Dear friends,

FWT is entering a new season—one we've been preparing for since the beginning.

When we began working together in March 2023, we were energized by the possibilities before us as we launched the first-ever center for faith and work in the Bay Area. While we were eager to establish FWT, neither of us envisioned running the organization full-time indefinitely.

That's why we and FWT's Board of Directors initiated the search for an Executive Director this past January—and were delighted when Katrina Macaraeg joined us in April. As many of you know, Katrina previously served as Executive Director of Hype Network, a ministry of Vive Church, promoting faith and innovation for entrepreneurs, investors, and Kingdom-minded businesspeople. She also brings extensive business experience to FWT, with a background in innovation, marketing, communications, and sales. She has the experience, skill set, and passion that we envisioned in an ED.

In just a few short months, Katrina has already advanced FWT's work significantly—sharpening our focus and vision for 2026, including new programs and partnerships; cultivating vibrant relationships with many of you; strengthening our operations; and producing several exceptional events, including the Summit.

It's now time to complete the leadership transition we announced earlier. Denise is stepping away from day-to-day leadership to focus on speaking, writing, and representing FWT locally and globally as Chief Ambassador. Paul will continue his involvement with the team, providing strategic oversight and supporting church partnerships and programs in the role of President. Both of us will remain Board members, shepherding the organization's vision and values, while providing financial oversight and ensuring legal compliance.

This transition is possible because of the tremendous foundation laid during our fruitful first full year following FWT's official launch in September 2024—a foundation that you helped secure with your generous support and faithful partnership. It also reflects our complete confidence in Katrina and the rest of the team to carry this work forward—and in God's vision for FWT and how He will continue to use all of us to advance His Kingdom in the Bay Area.

We're expectant for all that God will do in 2026 and beyond!

With gratitude,
Paul & Denise
