Roy and Esther Tinklenberg are the Co-founders of Faith & Work Movement Global. The Faith & Work Movement Global (F&WMG) ministry exists to create, coach, and connect workplace fellowships which positively impact companies that impact the world. They equip those called to the marketplace to lead Christian workplace fellowships and ERG groups. F&WMG began in 2014 as a gathering of Christian employees in Silicon Valley, the nexus of global tech companies like Google, Apple, LinkedIn, and Meta. Today the ministry serves workplace fellowship and ERG leaders in over 130 large, predominantly publicly traded, companies throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. F&WMG catalyzes workplace networks in strategic cities around the world. Their events have touched more than 550 companies in 38 countries. Roy’s passion is to network and maximize leaders so they can benefit from being part of the F&WMG community together. Esther loves fostering positive company culture, executing awesome strategies, and mentoring women leaders. She has experience that spans business, education, technology, and non-profit sectors. Esther holds a BA in Economics and Business, and a Masters in Education, both from UCLA. Roy has an MA in InterCultural Studies from Fuller Seminary and did his M Div study at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. Roy served cross-cultural and multi-ethnic churches in LA and the Bay Area. Roy and Esther are joyfully married and have raised three children in the Bay Area.
