Missional Vocation Pathway Leaders Cohort (Accelerated)
The Missional Vocation Pathway (MVP) is one of the flagship formation programs of Faith, Work & Tech. Designed for church-based leadership teams, MVP integrates teaching, guided reading, spiritual formation, practical application, and personal discernment around faith, work, and calling.
To support churches preparing to lead MVP in their own contexts, Faith, Work & Tech is offering a Leaders Cohort beginning in February 2026. This cohort provides an accelerated experience of the MVP curriculum, equipping participants to confidently facilitate the program in their churches.
Who is this for?
The Leaders Cohort is designed for:
Pastors, ministry leaders, and marketplace leaders
Individuals or pairs from the same church
Leaders planning to facilitate the Missional Vocation Pathway in Fall 2026
Participants should be prepared to engage personally with the material and discern how MVP will be implemented within their church community.
Program Format
The Leaders Cohort will run from February through May 2026 and includes:
Two in-person gatherings
Opening gathering in February
Closing retreat in May
All remaining sessions held virtually
