FAQs
-
We love this question! Last year, the Expo Hall was tight and a bit challenging for partners to connect, which is why we’re looking forward to the South San Francisco Convention Center as a larger and more spacious venue. We also plan to limit the number of organizations that will be able to exhibit during the Summit. All of this will ensure the Expo Hall is large enough for all Partners and participants to move around comfortably.

One (1) 6x3, and one (1) tablecloth, two (2) chairs
-
That’s great! We invite you to apply for other partnership opportunities, including being featured in the Faith & Work Directory and Calendar on our website. You can use the same application and opt to skip over the Summit details.
-
The deadline to apply is August 1, 2025, and enrollment will be on a rolling basis.
To maintain a great conference experience for both our attendees and partners, we will be capping the number of partners we can host in the Expo Hall.
If you require additional time beyond the deadline, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly. -
We are determined to make this event accessible and affordable to as many as we can, which is why we have opted to keep our ticket pricing reasonably low, especially when considering the value of the content. As a result, ticket sales, Expo Hall fees, and sponsorships will cover only a portion of the Summit's operating costs.
(The “application fee” and “registration fee” for Expo Hall partners are the same) -
Yes, FWT will refund the application fee if an organization is not accepted as an Expo Hall Partner. However, no refunds will be issued if an accepted partner cancels before the event’s date or fails to appear at the conference.

ALL IN is more than a theme—it’s a call to action. At the 2025 Bay Area Faith & Work Summit, we’re inviting you to step forward with bold conviction, deep commitment, and a renewed sense of purpose. To be all in means showing up fully—heart, soul, mind, and strength—not only as individuals but together, as a united community.
There’s a double meaning with our theme: not only are you all in, we’re all in—moving forward together. You’ll see this echoed in dynamic, creative ways throughout the Summit, especially in our animated theme, where each element of "ALL" unlocks deeper layers of vision, inspiration, and commission. -
Accepted exhibitors must submit a current Certificate of Liability Insurance covering the day of the Summit for $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate, and listing Faith, Work & Tech and its affiliates as additionally insured. Insurance information is due by September 1, 2025. The venue requires this.
If you run into any issues with this process, our events team will do our best to assist you. -
No. We hope that you’ll attend as many sessions as you feel fit. We do encourage you to have at least one person at your table during high-traffic times in the Expo Hall to maintain an overall great conference experience for all guests.
